Supported by the Stranger & Stranger design team, the company devised a name and label that is taking the world by storm. The i heart brand now sells nearly 1,000,000 cases of wine annually in eighteen different countries and four continents. A very recent addition to the portfolio following Henkell & Co’s investment in Copestick Murray. This powerhouse of a Prosecco house are the brand leader in Italy and the USA but surprisingly had been largely ignored by the key UK retailers. However within just a few months Copestick Murray managed to win contracts for 2,000,000 bottles of private label as well as branded listings with four multiple retail outlets for the D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines.

Copestick Murray has a stated aim to make Mionetto one of the top Prosecco brands in the UK.

Matsu

Matsu

Copestick Murray found this iconic Spanish wine brand and targeted Majestic Wines as the ideal retailer. Within months of agreeing UK distribution with the Matsu brand owner, Vintae, the wines appeared on the Majestic list. Volumes are above expectation and the wine has appeared on TV and in the national press. Copestick Murray has also helped to gain distribution for this brand in the USA, Australia and also the London on trade.

Follador

Follador

A chance meeting at Vinitaly in 2011 led to Copestick Murray working with the agency for this very sophisticated, premium Prosecco producer. The brief from Follador was to create a sustainable market for its branded products and that is exactly what has been achieved. There are now established listings in the National On-Trade, premium Off-Trade specialists, and top-class London restaurants. In addition to these success in the UK, Copestick Murray has also helped Follador secure sales in Spain and the USA.

Overhex

Overhex Wines International

Built on an open-minded attitude from both organisations, and an ambitious but achievable sales target, the Copestick Murray and Overhex partnership has flourished. Overhex is a branded wine company and also a bulk wine supplier. Utilising Copestick Murray’s sales and marketing skills, Overhex wines can now be found in three of the UK’s national supermarkets as well as a string of convenience stores. Impressive volumes at sustainable pricing have made this relationship mutually successful.

Cramele Recas and Copestick Murray only began working together in 2011 yet there are already impressive volumes being sold. A good variety of labels and products are being distributed to many of the UK Supermarkets, Multiple Specialists, National On-Trade and Convenience listings and an enviable array of prestigious Independent Wholesalers are also taking their wines. The quality and value of their Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Shiraz - allied to indigenous grapes such as Feteasca Neagra - make them a great winery to work with.

Using our market knowledge, sourcing expertise and brand-building skills we’ve developed a range of over 50 wines to date specifically for Fresh & Easy, the chain of convenience stores that opened across the U.S. in 2007.

Between 2006 and 2010 Copestick Murray worked with Ogio brand owner and producer Winery Exchange in developing this new brand to meet the demand of the growing Pinot Grigio market. The gap was spotted, wine sourced and a brand developed. At its peak, while Copestick Murray helped manage this brand sales reached close to two million cases in the UK.
